B- what?
Biondetta (bee-on-DET-ta). It's an Italian name, essentially meaning little blonde. I'm a little too tall to be called little, but I am blonde. It started off as a screen name and I just stuck with it. I'm a beauty-product-holic and figured I'd start making my own products when I had trouble finding what I was looking for -- and at a price I could afford. I look for ingredients and products that are natural, beneficial and effective. I also like to smell good, so I've collected a variety of fragrances. I also have a DIY spirit, so I like trying my hand at other crafty projects, thus the t-shirts, bags and other items.

Why are all of your skincare items on clearance?
I'm moving to Europe in a few months and have decided not to continue the skincare line. After six years, I'm ready to put my focus on other items. I'll be keeping the fragrance list updated as I run out of scents, but you might want to keep a second fragrance choice in mind when ordering, just in case I run out of your first choice.

What are your shipping costs?
I ship via USPS Priority Mail. As a result, you should receive your item in 2-3 days from time of shipment. Shipping costs are included during the PayPal checkout procedure. The costs for US shipment are determined as follows:

Shipping rates are calculated by amount spent, not weight, so if you think a shipping price is too high, e-mail me before finalizing an order and we can verify weights/shipping costs and I will consider offering non-Priority Mail shipping as well. International shipping is also available and calculated through PayPal when ordering.

 

What if I don't want to use PayPal/order online?
While I prefer that you order through the site, using the secure PayPal shopping cart provided, I will accept money orders or cash for the price of the item plus the shipping costs as detailed above. I do not accept personal checks. When mailing in an order, please include the specifics of what you are ordering, as well as your mailing address. The inclusion of an e-mail address is appreciated in case I have any questions regarding your order. Please e-mail me to receive the address the money orders or cash should be mailed to.

I own a retail store. Do you wholesale/consign?
Since I'm a one-woman operation, I take wholesale/consignment orders on a case-by-case basis. That said, I'm almost always willing to work with you to come to some sort of agreement. E-mail me with what you're interested in and what price/consignment deal you're looking at and I'll get back to you with what I can do. Please note that the shipping costs listed above are not for wholesale shipping. Wholesale shipping costs are determined on a box-by-box basis.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?
I do not accept exchanges or returns at this time, unless the wrong item is sent. If you are concerned about allergies or other issues, please feel free to e-mail me and I will provide a fill list of ingredients.
